need your help
I have been charting my bbt and really nothing else..I found I got too stressed out about being pregnant so I decided to take it down a notch and just do my bbt 
This morning it hiked up +.5
Does this mean my period is coming
(It is due in 4 days)
I see where I ovulates and that "implantation dip" but u am aware that that can mean absolutely nothing.
Need your help ladies. --- this is my first round of measuring bbt
