miscarriage signs?

I had a small amount of brown spotting this morning, only one time and when I wiped. Could this be an early indicator of miscarriage? An hour or so later I started feeling very queasy. No cramping at all, but very queasy. 4 weeks today. Any advice is welcome. I am so nervous right now.

As long as you don't start bleeding heavier, it doesn't turn red, and you don't start cramping you're probably fine. If you have any of those, go to the Dr or ER

No. It is probably just implantation bleeding. I spotted light pink to dark brown from weeks 6-10.  Dorn times it made its way to my panties. Red blood is a sign of miscarriage.

I had brown spotting before, my doctor said it was normal if they do vaginal ultrasound or stuff like that which is when I would spot brown and today I'm 38 weeks
