Just feeling...ugh

It seems like I try to hard to do anything or make plans. Invited my so over for today but he just wants to lay in his bed and chill and he said I was welcome to come over. My mom was looking forward to him to coming over. I always go to his place for visits. But the one time I invite him over besides the first few days I was getting to know him which was two months ago, he doesn't want to come over. It upsets me. I spent a lot of money in gas to see him. We live in almost two different counties. When im over there all we do is lay in bed. It bothers me he does this. I offered to pick him up since he doesnt have a car. Is it wrong that I'm upset?
