Weight loss helpful hits please!!!
Okay ladies ☺️
I'm needing help with some good weight loss tips or even things exercise wise that I can do to get me motivated!!!!
So about 4 months ago I was like no more I'm so big I hate the way I look I'm done!
And it just clicked and I cut sugar almost completely out of my diet (allowing some sugar but small amounts) exercising and feeling amazing!
And I lost 12 kilos !!!!
until about a month ago, I have put 2 kilos on! I'm eating all the yucky stuff again!
I want to do this I do have that motivation I just need that extra push!!
