Sharp pain in cervix/vagina

For the past few weeks I've been getting sharp "lightning bolt" type pain inside my vagina. It seems to be the baby head-butting or punching into my cervix. It hurts so bad it takes my breath away or sometimes makes me jump or double over. I'm 32 weeks now, so I would say this started in week 28 or 29 and has only gotten worse (more intense and more frequent). Anyone else experiencing a similar feeling?
