Whats happening down there???

I've never had this before but I had sex two days ago and the next day the entrance to my vagina was really really itchy. The next day the itching calmed down mostly but now I have foul smelling discharge that kind of globs up? It's not bright white or fully opaque though. I have never experienced this so I'm not sure what to do?
