Any advice ??

So AF was due Tuesday but she came a day early and only stayed until Tuesday, it wasn't as heavy as usual and I barely had any cramping, Wednesday absolutely nothing and Thursday I had maybe 10 minutes of light spotting and then nothing else. My periods are usually 5 days of heavy bleeding and horrible cramps so this was not normal at all! I also noticed blue veins across my chest and the bumps around my nipples are more prominent and I have been super nauseous as of late well I took a test yesterday and got a BFN! Not sure what's going on anymore. Any idea or any one going through or went through something similar?
