not sure

CD 36, I'm usually a day or two late on my period but always regular. I'm now four days late, I tested yesterday morning and it was negative. I've also noticed my CM being off for this time, it's thick & creamy. At what point should I test again? Could I be pregnant? I'm not having any other symptoms other than fatigue & occasional cramps. TIA.
