I'm 40 weeks today

I'm a ftm and already contracting 8 to 10 minutes apart. Went from a pin hole dilated to 3 centimeters in a couple hours. A hour went by and no change so they just sent me home. :( she said baby will be here any time to 48 hours. I could use prayers for a healthy safe delivery... I'm planning to do this all natural but with how painful these contractions are idk if I could do it.
