Bothered by this...

I've had this for about 2 months now. At first I thought it was a bug bite. Very itchy. Then it popped and oozed out puss and blood. Then I figured it was a boil. Well it doesn't hurt or burn or itch anymore just that its still there and drain everyday and gets on my clothes or bedding. Its bugging me. I'm 36w4d pregnant. Its been bugging me so bad. My ob said it will go away. But it went from bright red to purple.
