8 days positive OPKs?!?!

Hi y'all... I've gotten positive OPKs for the last 8 days (am & pm) ... how is this possible?? Did I ovulate 12-36 hours after the first positive?  I took an hpt 2 days ago and it was BFN. I know temping helps with accuracy, but due to another health condition, it will never be accurate for me. Ttc for 8 months, but this is the first month using OPKs regularly. Thanks for the advice 😊
