What foods/things to avoid during first trimester?
I just found out through home pregnancy test that I am pregnant. Thanks to the glow community for confirming my result is surely positive. We are on vacation at a remote place and hence will be a while before i can get a clinical test done and get doctor's advice. In the mean time What foods should I be avoiding - papaya, seafood? Is workout like swimming , long walks okay? Snorkling not ok? Any guidance is appreciated.
