This may be a little tmi but starting yesterday every time I poop there is blood in the stool. I've pooped quite a bit in the last two days, it also hurts and now tonight there's blood when I wipe after peeing. I am 23 weeks pregnant. I am so scared. What do you think it is?

First off, you need to speak with your doctor.

Most times a little blood after a bowel movement, hemorrhoids are to blame, but only your doctor can confirm this.

If there's blood coming from your vagina, just remember that spotting happens in pregnancy - especially after exams, sex, etc. a couple spots when you wipe or in your undies warrants a quick call to the doctor. If you're filling up a pad worth of blood, that warrants a trip to the ER.
