Extremely depressed

My fiance has made the decision to take a new job and to start as soon as possible. That's all well and good but he says they probably will not let him leave for the birth of our baby since he'll be so new. And my hearts breaking because I don't want to have to be alone for that especially since it'll be our first and only child. but he says he's thinking about our family in the long run. He doesn't think I should be upset but I'm getting to the point that I'm dreading the baby coming. Too much is happening with being put on bedrest and just trying to get by. I don't even know what to do anymore.
