What does a hemorrhoid feel like?

TMI! Don't read any further if you don't want to hear about my butt. 
I've never had one, but I've got this little sore spot on the outside of my butt close to my butthole. (Sounds weird saying butthole). I'm not gonna stick my finger around there any more and make something worse. I don't think I feel a bump. It just feels a little sore in one spot. Maybe I sat the wrong way for too long. Idk. But I have been a little bit constipated but I don't strain myself. If it don't come, it don't come. I'll wait a while longer and drink a ton more water. And there is already a mild stool softener in my prenatals. Any advice?

A hemorroid feels like a lump on your butthole, doesn't sound like you have one to me, but I'm not a butthole expert :p

Do you sit a lot? With extra blood flow while being pregnant and sitting a bit more can cause them. Plus just being pregnant... You just get them unfortunately. 
For me I just had my baby and had two while being pregnant. I had my baby by csection so I thought I was in the clear for them to get worse. But I sat around quite a bit after he was born and they started to bleed when I went poop. So I started drinking more water. But the best thing that honestly heeled them was I started walking every day. All better no more!

I mean,  it could be,  or it could be a tear from an unusually large poo,  or a cut from some random sharp thing in your poo,  or something else.  I wouldn't worry too much about it unless it gets much worse. Do your best to leave it alone.

As for constipation,  Coconut oil works for me,  or eating lots of leafy salads. You could also go the extreme route and eat something that you know will give you diarrhea  lol.

I felt a lump thats it well mine was more like hanging (i know sounds weird and gross lol) it was like a piece of skin hanging there. To me it didnt hurt itch or bleed i only know it was there because i felt it when wiping one day and looked.
