🤔Advice please🤔

Ladies I need some advice. last week AF showed up a day early but late afternoon. I only used 2 regular tampons and they weren't even completely full. By noon the next day I didn't even fill up a regular so I started using panty liners. I did notice I had clear stretchy cm mixed with a little bit of blood on the panty liners. Then the 3rd day I wasn't getting anything on a panty liner unless I peed and it was reddish brown and this continued for 2 more days then turned pink. I have noticed I have started cramping a little bit and I have some throbbing in my bbs. It's not intense but I notice it. Has anyone had this before and ended up PG?? I am thinking I just had an off month.
