Terrified of labor

I know I'm not the only FTM that's terrified of going into labor! Im 37 weeks 4 days and my doctor says it could be any day now that i go into labor because of how thin I am, I'm beyond ready to have her I'm miserable and so restless at this point but I'm so scared of the actual labor part. I'm freaking out about the epidural and spinal tap that I have to get at the same time plus I don't want to tear because I can't imagine trying to walk with stitches down there on top of taking care of my baby at home. What do you feel like after you give labor? Like you got hit by a semi truck? That's how I'm imagining I will feel. Someone please calm my nerves! 😩
