changes

I'm 30+1 and I feel different today... I have been having complete bowel moments which it might sound weird to include this from practically day one I've been constipated and now all the sudden I'm able to go, I've been having dull cramps and pubic bone pain, baby has been super lazy today and all my swelling is gone in my hands and feet. I don't know what's changed but something has and I'm hoping it isn't my body getting ready for labor. Did anyone notice weird changes right before they went into labor?
