8 week ultrasound and Ramzi Theory help!!

My 8 week ultrasound picture!  in person it was so much more clear and I could see its flickering 155 heartbeat! I'm 8 weeks & wanted to guess the gender based on Ramzi theory but it's so confusing. Baby is on one side but placenta is supposed to be the bright spot outside the sac and so I think its on the lower opposite side. It was also an abdominal scan so is the image flipped? So confused can you help?
