Must haves for babies

FTM pregnant with twin boys and wondering what are some must haves to put on our registry. Obviously there are many checklists in the world, the store even gives them but I know you don't actually need all of it and with two I don't want to waste double the money. So from experience what are some things you couldn't live without? And multiple mommas- what is worth buying multiple of and what isn't?
