Help!

Me and my boyfriend had sex the day I got the depo shot and I couldnt get wet but we used lube and continued having. The next day my vagina really hurt and its been about a week now. And when he fingers me it hurts really bad still. Do u know what could be wrong?I'm really worried it will never stop hurting.
