Mine still get a little crusty but that's it . Try using dial soap to clean them while in shower and doing a 15 min sea salt soak .

Just switch to regular barbells it will heal easier. I had heart ones like the ones you have in and after a few days they were super sore and I've had mine for 2 years

Mine took forever to heal cause I needed a longer bar and I had it done just after having a baby and milk kept coming out of it lol

Mine never healed, because the piercer hit a major milk duct, so I ended up taking it out.
