Hello! I'm due September 16th and I was wondering what would be an appropriate gift to give to the nursing staff when me and my baby get discharged.. Can you ladies please suggest some simple gifts and approximate budget? Thank you!

As a nurse any food was appreciated.. Make sure it is a group gift however, because legally we are not allowed to accept individual gifts. Some things my unit have gotten in the past, chocolates, edible arrangements, Cheryl's cookies.. Like I said.. Food was always awesome and appreciated!

agreed. nurse here too. cookies, donuts, snacks. I mean anything really, nurses like to eat :-) I wouldn't suggest anything homemade as must of us won't eat it due to the possible germs we think r in there lol
