Help! Major Boob Ache!

Ok so... I'm 36w 6d preggo, and since yesterday my left boob has been hurting A LOT, it even feels warm and I'm not sure if this is normal, this side has been producing colostrum since I was about 29 weeks, hubby with his infinite wisdom says that it's because I'm getting ready to feed our baby but DANG! It hurts like when your breast get engorged, has anyone else has this going on?
