Miscarriage at 9 weeks

I am currently miscarrying at 9 weeks but measuring 6 weeks. I went into the er Saturday night with cramps and spotting and then had an appointment this morning with my doctor. They confirmed that my levels are dropping and that I am in fact losing the baby. About an hour ago I started having pains which I would compare to labor contractions. They were coming about every 2 minutes and lasting about 1 minute. I bled a little heavier and had a few tiny clots but that was it. Aleve has seemed to help take the edge off the pain for now thankfully. I was hoping with all that pain I would pass the majority of it but I have a feeling the worst is still yet to come. This is seriously horrible:(
