Preterm labor

Went to my doctor office for problems and found out I was 2 cm dilated and having strong regular contractions. Doctor sent me to hospital to labor and delivery and when I got here I was 3 cm... They gave me steroids for baby's lungs and magnesium to stop contractions but they still haven't stopped and it's been a couple hours.. may have a baby soon but praying they get it under control
