Am I the only one that's only 9 and a half weeks pregnant and constipated as ever???😩😷

I have been on progesterone since 4-5 days after ovulation so the constipation is nothing new for me at 8 weeks now. It's definitely awful though either way! But I will take all the symptoms that come my way for my rainbow baby!

Nope, you're not! I'm 10 weeks and been having constipation issues since about 8 and a half weeks. Thanks to that lovely hormone progesterone slowing the digestive system! Try and drink as much water as you can, that's all that has helped me.
