Washing Down There 💦

I hear a lot of people say not to douche, and for good reason. But I wanted to know your opinions on wipes or soap outside of your outer labia. I personally use baby wipes and a special soap (doctor recommended) because I tend to get thrush and yeast infections commonly, which sometimes lead to UTIs. (😭🤒) Just to be clear- please do not use anything in the inside of your vagina. I am simply looking for your thoughts and experiences with cleansing outside of your outer labia.
