nights away from LO

Is two nights away from LO too much? He will be 3 months old. He will be spending it with his grandma who he sees every day.. I trust her completely, but I will be 7 hours away.. My family and friends think I need a little vacation with my partner as his work is paying for hotel and recreation. I would like to go but I don't know how I will do being away from him for that long.
