anyone's opinion please!! does this tweak help?

Ok I know I already asked for opinions but I can't sleep. I downloaded the tweak app and here it is. This is either 9 or 10 dpo taken at around 10:30 pm with a 3 hour hold. I'm going to retest in the morning with fmu or should I wait another day! Thank you so much everyone!
