Fetal Monitoring

Just got back from my midwife appointment (35+4) where we ran through the usual things and she asked about movements etc. I told her recently baby had seemed quieter than usual but we are used to her having quiet days then making herself known again so we weren't worried... I measured fine and to date and when we listened to her heartbeat the midwife even said "sounds like a happy baby in there", yet she rang the hospital and I have been referred to go for Fetal monitoring at 4pm. Should I be worried?! Why do I need monitoring if everything appeared fine? She then went on to say about the increase in inductions recently etc which now has my mind in pieces. It's only 11:15am such a long time to wait and think about it!
