Could this be implantation

So since June my period has been out of wack. Sunday I noticed I felt a little "PMSey" so i told my fiance "I think my period is going to start soon". On Monday I had slight cramps (they felt like ovulation cramps) and I had some spotting that only lasted a few hours. I am still cramping off and on but it's not as bad as menstrual cramps. Now I'm wondering if that could have been implantation spotting. It was only there when I wiped. I also noticed what looked like CM on the tissue. According to glow, I am 7 days before my period. Has this ever happened to anyone and they got a bfp? I'm desperate for a little hope. This is our 6th cycle trying but I've been off of birth control for 14 months.
