finger crossed

So we have been TTC for about 2 months now! One app says my period is 6 days late and Glow say I start today. Well my period is still off track due to just getting of the pill 2 months ago. This morning I woke up cramping really bad but have yet to start bleeding which by now I would be and I haven't had anymore cramping since morning. Think it's possible I could be pregnant??? I tested about a week ago and it was negative. Ran out of test though:( I sure I hope I am
