Pregnant?

My last period started Aug 2nd and ended Aug 8th Ive had sex maybe 3 times between the 11th and now , all with condoms its now Sept 14th and I've yet to get my period (its never late) not even the normal symptoms I get right before my period starts , achy boobs , cramps , gas etc , etc . BUT I also haven't had any noticable symptoms or signs of pregnancy either . I haven't been stressing about it because it hadn't hit me until now that my period is late. Would it be a waste of time to take a test? This is normal right?
