Giving Diva Cup a second chance
I was given a Diva Cup and I was so excited to use it! After I finally got it inserted, I couldn't feel it and I was pretty pleased. After 12 hours, I could barely locate it. After 24 hours, I spent the night sitting in my bathtub, with 3 fingers up there trying to grip it. After 36 hours, I had to ask my husband for help and even he had a hard time getting it out.
I think when it got inserted it didn't suction all the way? I know the cervix moves during menstruation too? I am determined to give this a shot and I really want to make this work but I'm terrified! Also, inserting horizontally and not like a tampon also confuses me.
My period is starting in two days and I wanna try again. Does anyone have any tips or well wishes?
