Biweekly appointments?

Is biweekly appointments a thing? I can't remember how it was with my first born, but I'm seeing all you ladies seeing the doctor at 32 weeks pregnant. I'm now 33 weeks and haven't seen my doctor since 30 weeks. I have an appointment next week when ill be 34 weeks but was i supposed to have a 32 week appointment? Also, after my 34 week appointment will I have to wait until I'm 38 weeks for another one? I feel like that's a long wait.. I am going to an Army hospital so I don't know if that makes a difference.
