new to IVF
Hi everyone. Just joined this group!
I'm Sarah, 33 yo, been ttc for 2 years and am hopefully starting IVF in October.
It's been a long and emotional journey so far and I still have some hurdles.
I need to have my cervix stretched (going in for procedure on monday 19 sept so not long now!) as it's too small and they cannot put the catheter up there (for egg implantation).
Seems like everything keeps going wrong! 😔
Anyway they have to do the first ivf course within 1-2 months of this procedure else the cervix goes back to normal.
I thought i'd start preparing myself for this whole process as it's getting very close and i'm absolutely terrified.
It's a long shot but has anyone else had to have cervix stretched?
