How much should my 5 week old babies be eating?

My 5 week old twins eat 4-5 OZ every 3-4 hours.... Is this normal? Sometimes I feel like they are Hungary between feedings, but if I feed them in between feedings, they throw up..   Not sure what to do or if I'm feeding them right!!! Please help...

Mine is doing the same thing. His doctor said 4oz was fine every 3 hours and if he still seemed hungry to give him another half ounce.

How much do they weigh? Call your pediatrician if you're unsure - my 4 week old weighs 11 lbs and she eats about 4oz every 2-3 hours. If you over feed them, they'll spit up or if they aren't hungry they'll push the bottle away. I wouldn't worry about over feeding, I worry more about not feeding enough

Wow my son is a month and two weeks he must hate me I'm just upping his feedings from 2.5 ounces to 3 but he normally falls fast asleep with 3 ounces in him so maybe all babies are just different.

Same here  my baby is 6 weeks Old today  she don't  seem  to getting  enough when  I give  her 3 Oz  I guess I need to do 4 Oz...I understand  your frustration
