Does anyone know what these bumps are? I don't think they could be mosquito bites but they're super itchy and kinda painful!

Could be just like a heat rash or PUPPs. I get those bumps, but they never hurt just really itchy. I got a heat type of rash all over my chest, back and neck....doctor told me it's just hormonal changes that caused me to get this rash and to use benadryl cream for itch. But that's me, everyone is different.
I live in Florida, they don't look like mosquito bites unless youve been scratching them to where they bleed and scrab up (that's the only way I've seen bites turn into these bumps).

UPDATE: Doctor said it should go away I just need to use cortisone cream and just watch it
