How to do with anxiety attacks during the day?!
I had anxiety since i was about in junior high , In 7th grade... i was on medication for it but when i went to high school i was fine and could control it . now im 23 years old and feel like its coming back or something ... I been stressed with college and my job. i work part time and go to school part time online . So whenever i have a panic attack at my work i have to go outside or underneath a Air Conditioning... I dont want to be on pills for anxiety because pills are for the weak .. I feel like i can control it myself but i think about it too much and my heart will start to beat fast. i been trying yoga in the morning and night and breathing techniques. I heard weed can help to but no i dont want to be smoking everyday or something... Anyone know anything for anxiety and how to treat it??thank you 😰
