Anyone else getting diarrhea?

This is probably the 6th time I've had diarrhea since I've been pregnant, and I'm 13.5 weeks. Before I would get it maybe twice a year. It's starting to get so frustrating. I've been careful not to eat anything that's not fresh and have been cooking most of my food at home, and I still can't figure out what's causing it. I end up eating rice the next day to calm down my stomach.
Has anyone been experiencing this too? Has anything helped?

Sometimes I have constipation, and after that finally passes, I will have diarrhea right after in the same visit to the bathroom 😷😭 it's awful, and it doesn't really matter what I eat, my body just does whatever it wants. I feel ya! 💩😳

I would be soooo happy I actually had diarrhea instead of being constipated and backed up.

No I wish. Constipated since I found out I was pregnant 8 weeks ago.

I'm 14 weeks today and I had it bad around 10 weeks. I got it with anything I ate and it was really annoying. I asked my doctor and she said it was normal and that many pregnant womyn get it.

I think it's hormones. It's almost a daily thing for me.

I thought I was the only one! I didn't get it with my first, but now I've been getting it in and off since I was 5 weeks and I'm also 13 weeks and a few days now. I just try to stay hydrated and ill munch on some saltines or eat a little chicken noodle soup because the broth works great to settle my stomach. Ginger candies too (like gin gins) have helped me as well. My OB said "morning sickness" comes in many forms, diarrhea being one of them.

I've had it very consistently this pregnancy (16 weeks now). I seem to keep it at bay by eating more fiber (I eat one of those fiber brownie things) and a yogurt. It seems to help for me. 
But honestly - I would rather have runny poop than hemarroids!!

Be sure you are doubling the amount of probiotics you take daily as well as drinking more water!!! You need to ensure you are hydrated and the extra probiotics will help clean out anything troubling in your gut.
