VitaPearl??

So I take garden of life prenatal..anywho went to the OBGYN yesterday and she implied why don't I take this prenatal... With DHA. I questioned her what DHA was and she at first was not sure. she told me it was maDE in a lab and that our bodies naturally produce it. Anyway... I'm not taking it especially since I looked up reviews and didn't seem to find any and the ones I did were bad... Anyone taking this?
