How can you tell difference if you're cramping and having tender breast as a sign of pregnancy or period ..??

Answer

I'm not trying to be rude.  But a pregnancy test. I just went through this.  About 4 weeks 2 days now and the cramping still comes on and off and my boobs hurt.
