Is it just me 🤔🤔🤔???

Is it just me or does Tylenol not work for your symptoms? Everytime there I have an issue I'm told to take Tylenol, all good because we can't take anything else seeing that we are pregnant, but IT DOESN'T WORK!!!! It's so irritating because Braxton Hicks are a getting worse by the day it seems and are constant. Between back, abdominal, actual belly, and headache pain idk what I'm going to do. Not to mention I have some days where I can't keep anything down. Oh and btw im 29w 5d.
