MORNING SICKNESS HELP!!

Okay ftm and i am a assistant preschool teacher. Today half my teachers called out sick so its going to be me the sub and the director so i have to be there or they will be out of ratio and can get in trouble. Of course the one day i have to be there my morning sickness is so bad that when i stand i feel like vomitting. Does anybody have any tips on helping this out a little, i got an hour before they need me at work so any thing that might be a quick fix will help.
