positive preterm test??

I'm 34 weeks and 2 days and have been experiencing period like cramps on and off for the last week...this morning I had a bit of a pink show when I wiped (sorry for tmi!) so I was advised to come to the delivery suite to get checked. To cut a long story short I have tested positive for a preterm labour test which shows there could be a risk of early labour in the next 2 weeks so I've had my first injection of steroids. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Did you go full term? Any stories to share very welcome!
