pain and discomfort

I had BV & yeast infection so they gave me medicine for both (7 days of intervaginal cream and the one pill for yi) I didn't even have symptoms anymore when they gave me the medicine and now two days later I'm in so much pain. it hurts when I touch, it's dry and stings and it's a little swollen. what am I supposed to do?? I can't even insert the applicators without being in so much pain
