Does the doctor test for pregnancy while checking for a bladder infection?

So I am on cycle day 49 now and I went to the doctor last week for a possible bladder infection. They took a urine Same and said everything was normal, but they were just testing for a bladder infection. I have been puking everyday for 3 days now and I am 10 days late. I also had a tiny bit of weird light brown discharge 2 days ago. Do you think they tested for pregnancy or not? I would like to know if I need to go bug a test.
