Lingering postpartum bleeding ?

I am 8 weeks postpartum and for the last 2 weeks I have been having very light bleeding like once a day. Just a few streaks here n there on a panty liner . My postpartum bleeding never stopped ... Just gradually got lighter and lighter but never stopped.  Anyone else have anything like this ? Is this just the ending of the postpartum bleeding or could it be something serious?
