at the end of my rope!!

I am so ready to saw f$&k the shower. At this point my mil and best friend can't seem to communicate with each other. I am stuck in the middle there. At this point if they haven't gotten ahold of my bff my family isn't coming. Because they haven't gotten ahold of my mil. I don't know what to do. Is it in my place to play middle man between everyone? Do I reach out to family to see if they are coming? Advice please would be nice. Shower is to be next dunday
